SubList helps you capture, organize, sync, and manage subscription information across supported devices. Features may include account sync, reminder notifications, AI-assisted extraction, and optional Pro features unlocked through a paid one-time purchase.
We may improve, modify, add, or remove features over time to maintain, secure, or enhance the Service.
You are responsible for using the Service only in compliance with applicable law. When you create or use an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity associated with your account unless caused by our own failure to provide reasonable security for the Service.
SubList is designed to be used primarily through the browser extension. Login and signup flows may be initiated through the extension and completed on hosted web pages that return control to the extension for account sync and activation.
We may restrict or adjust direct website-based access to login/signup pages where needed to preserve the intended extension authentication flow and syncing behavior.
Certain features use AI-assisted processing to help identify and structure subscription details from pages you choose to analyze. These features operate only when you explicitly trigger them.
You do not need to provide your own Gemini API key or other AI API key to use these features. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or require manual review. You remain responsible for verifying subscription information before relying on it.
You retain responsibility for the subscription information you choose to capture, store, or manage through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to process, store, sync, and display that information solely to operate the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to upload or process unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content, or to interfere with the proper operation of the Service.
SubList may offer a Pro membership plan through a one-time paid purchase. Pro features, pricing, and availability may change at any time before purchase.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your full payment method details such as card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials.
Access to Pro features is granted after successful payment confirmation and may depend on payment verification, webhook delivery, fraud checks, technical availability, or account matching.
Refund eligibility, if any, may depend on applicable law, the payment provider's rules, and the circumstances of the transaction. Any refund handling may require review and payment verification.

We aim to keep the Service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any specific feature.

This includes AI-assisted outputs, reminder timing, data extraction accuracy, payment entitlement timing, and third-party service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of business, missed renewals, failed reminders, or financial loss arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse-prevention, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how account, subscription, AI-processing, and billing-related information is handled.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated.
